Qualifications Required*

  • • Active pharmacy license in the state where you work
  • • Not on the DEA's exclusion list
  • *• Certification of vaccination through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA)*
  • Free of any pending criminal charges or convictions for crimes involving controlled substances
