As a Starbucks Shift Manager, you will lead by example in the store operating standards that define our Starbucks experience. You will manage each shift and work with the barista team  to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products. You will be in an energetic retail environment where you have the ability to positively influence and lead others, maintain a supportive team environment and develop your leadership skills. •  Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year

 Undergraduate degrees

•  Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable assistance
•  Flexible hours available which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
•  Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including serving quality beverages and food, handling cash  and maintaining security with or without reasonable arrangements.
•  Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant communication with clients and fulfillment of requests 
•  Prepare and direct the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer requirements, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
•  At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
