What to do:

  • Communicate with individuals or groups orally and/or in writing (eg, customers, suppliers, partners).
  • Implement the business plan for the work area by communicating goals and managing staff and schedules, assigning tasks and coordinating work activities, and ensuring that associates complete the training required to achieve the company's goals. Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department (e.g. screening, hiring/transferring, termination, compensation) by implementing and improving recruitment and staffing plans; and research and respond to job-related concerns for job applicants, partners, and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's HR policies by reviewing and managing the accuracy, confidentiality and retention of HR documents; assist in the implementation and ensure compliance with HR system applications; and surveys to gather data on HR issues. Maintain quality and safety standards in the work area by ensuring that associates are trained in equipment and company policies, regulations and procedures and compliance monitoring; Share and manage processes and support documents.
  • Find out about team members, customers and/or suppliers by listening, communicating with others as necessary to identify corrective actions or make recommendations to address them. Supervise and develop partners and leaders in the area of ​​work by assigning and coordinating work activities, evaluating performance and providing feedback; training, support and weapon types and company policies and procedures; identify training and development needs; and participate in the induction, promotion, training, education and evaluation of partners and employees.
  • Manage and coordinate training (e.g. new employee orientation, CBL modules, online training, virtual classes) for distribution and/or travel associates by helping to identify training and development needs for hourly associates, driver and/or manager; monitor completion of training programs; currently and conducting teaching courses; and review the schedule, completion time and compliance for many training projects. Coordinates, completes and oversees project-related activities and projects by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting strategies and policies to meet customer and business needs; identify and articulate goals and objectives; reinforce questions and measure progress in producing results; identify and address opportunities for improvement; and demonstrate flexibility and promote continuous learning.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through recruitment and training; guidance; assignment of duties; give support; and to ensure that different types are known. Ensures compliance with the policies and procedures of the company and upholds the company's work, principles and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use and support the Open Door Policy; and provide guidance and advice on the application of these factors in the implementation of business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year of management experience or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or 2 years of Walmart Logistics management experience or 2 years of supervisory experience, including 1 year of human resources management experience. order or one year at Walmart, Inc. stores. Experience in Human Resources.
  • Associates will be required to attend and pass all training and evaluations required by the position (eg academic training, Open Door training, etc.).
