In this role, you:

Understand business goals and provide a credible challenge to analytics requirements. Verify that sound data decisions and analysis practices were leveraged during the planning and data collection phases. Conduct in-depth investigations into complex data environments to identify data integrity issues and propose solutions to improve analysis accuracy.

  • Make sure there is comprehensive documentation to support the end-to-end testing approach
  • Communicate findings to business partners. Apply critical appraisal to challenge hypotheses, formulate a defensible hypothesis, and ensure high-quality test and analysis results.
  • Ensure compliance with data management/data governance standards and policies. Shift times: 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 pm IST.
  • Qualifications Required. More than 3 years of experience in analysis.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors, MA/M.Sc. Undergraduate degree or higher in applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer science, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis. 1+ year of programming in SQL.
  • More than 1 year of Teradata experience
  • More than 1 year of Oracle experience
  • 1+ years of SAS experience
  • Exposure to Tableau, Tableau, PowerBI, JQL, Jira. Knowledge of home loans or auto loans is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PVSI, Non Lending, Student Loans, Small Business and Personal Lines and Loans is a preferential qualification. Strong experience in data integration, database structures and data warehouses.
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
