Description

As a technical specialist, he helps new owners get started and current owners get fast, efficient support while developing strong and positive relationships with Apple. When a customer needs assistance, you quickly assess their situation. Sometimes, he engages customers with advice or an on-site solution, using his knowledge of current Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone and iPad devices. Other times, refer customers to support team members who will get them back up and running. It also provides one-on-one training for new clients, helping them acquire the basic skills they need to start making photography, video and music projects. The entire store team benefits from their commitment to providing the best customer service. By helping Apple maintain strong customer relationships, you are critical to our success.

Additional Requirements

You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly. Maintains calm and customer focus while troubleshooting and troubleshooting.

At Apple, the base salary is part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your basic salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
