Description
As a technical specialist, it helps new owners to start and the current ones to obtain quick and efficient support: develop strong and positive relationships with Apple. When a customer needs help, evaluate your situation quickly. Sometimes, he engages customers with advice or an on-site solution, using his knowledge of current Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone and iPad devices. Other times, refer customers to support team members who will get them back up and running. It also provides one-on-one training for new clients, helping them acquire the basic skills they need to start making photography, video and music projects.
