Reporting to the Senior Manager - Sustainability Strategy Consumer Products, Gaming and Publishing, the Sustainability Data and Systems Analyst will develop and implement key processes, systems and tools to measure and report progress towards our product, packaging, materials, production and greenhouse. Every day, as a sustainability data and systems analyst, you can:
- Develop and implement strategies to measure progress towards our sustainability goals.
- Promote the use of data by developing reports and tools for various partners
- Create dashboards that visually demonstrate progress towards sustainability goals using tools like Tableau/PowerBI
- Seek and adopt reporting, visualization and analysis best practices: data integrity, design, analysis, validation and documentation that support vertical corporate sustainability strategy.
- Provide technical leadership by mining data for analysis, seeking answers related to business problems and looking for opportunities to automate processes related to our sustainability goals.
- Develop processes, systems, and analytics to estimate the cost impact of achieving sustainability goals and to evaluate products against sustainability metrics. Maintain a strong awareness of the global commodity business, including knowledge of licensed, vertical and flexible business models.
- Serve as your day-to-day partner for measuring Sustainability KPIs, questions or concerns in CPGP. Provide a line of sight to the senior manager on day to day business matters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock areas of intersection/interdependence ("connect the dots") when it comes to sustainability. Create and cultivate collaborative partnerships between functions and departments across Disney Parks, Experiences and Products to identify business issues, risks, prioritize solutions, drive alignment and implement change on behalf of CPGP.
- Work with cross-functional project teams to deliver new business initiatives and/or develop existing strategies. Contribute to a culture that fosters collaboration, creativity and innovation while fostering accountability for results.

- Here's what you need to be successful in this job
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Business Insight (BI) applications and configurations, advanced data visualizations, and BI development with a focus on analyzing, designing, and developing dashboards, reports, and data pipelines for a leading business of retail in a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven data visualization and analysis capabilities such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Power BI, Business Objects
- Ability to tell the story in data and simplify complex analysis into recommendations that are easy to understand and execute
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals and teams (small and large, technical and non-technical)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiar with working in or with large matrix organisations
- Teammate with a proven track record of building strong working relationships
- Ability to balance changing priorities to manage and deliver complex projects on time
