What is it like to work within the innovation team?

We partner with business units on specific initiatives, but we also execute on our own initiatives, including democratizing innovation at Delta and researching the effects of disruptive trends in our industry.
We have an office arm's length from Delta's Midtown Atlanta headquarters to be at the heart of Atlanta's tech scene, but we frequently visit headquarters to innovate alongside our business partners.
Our team values are agility, curiosity, inclusion, futurism and empathy.
