In this role, you will do it:

  • Participate and support the implementation of commercial solutions

  • Competition in one or more support areas for the management of heritage investments, including orders, voice, messaging, mobility, hardware/software and passwords of WIM
  • Proven ability to respect risk models, including documentation, authentication and soft installation.
  • Work experience in an environment of the aid and understanding table of the metrics of the performance that include, adherence, medium management time and first call resolution
  • Experience with the following software applications, smartstation, beta, CEO, Act, Infomax and six
  • Experience with services, Jaber, IC, Skype and Teams
