In this role, you:

  • Support the performance of less experienced customer service representatives, new or improved services and process changes, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback and present ideas to improve or implement processes and tools with an overall impact on customer service
  • Perform complex customer service tasks
  • Provide subject matter expertise and procedural interpretation to less experienced customer service representatives and provide guidance to achieve defined productivity and performance targets.
  • Engage with the immediate team and communicate with other departments.
  • Support less experienced representatives and help managers or supervisors deal with submitted requests or complaints
  • Conduct investigations to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Recommend areas that need improvement
  • Interact with internal and external customers.
  • Required Qualifications, USA:
  • 4+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired qualifications:

  • More than 2 years serving high value customers
  • More than 1 year of credit card experience
  • Focus on customer service with the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ability to provide robust customer service while listening, efficiently gain insight, understand and resolve complex customer issues
  • Strong ability to organize, multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
