Job overview and responsibilities

  • Communicate information to customers about fares, fares, schedules, routes, travel documents (visas/passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times, or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice, and in a courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer conflicts that require management or assistance.
  • Organize ticketing and other special services
  • Inform customers of flight irregularities and schedule changes
  • Help company employees organize personal and business travel plans.
  • Operates computer terminal equipment for accessing, entering and retrieving information

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
