Job Description:

The Recruiter helps find, recruit, hire, train and retain employees for the Art/Creativity Department. This person will help facilitate interviews and onboarding for new hires and promoted employees, help design strategies to increase overall employee development and engagement, advocate for company and department policies and procedures, and assist in other personnel activities, if necessary. This position is located at the Hobby Lobby corporate offices in Oklahoma City; This is an onsite position and will not be remote or hybrid.

Key responsibility:

  • He has a competent knowledge of the employees of the lobby hobby and the guide of the artistic/creative department and responsible for his supply and administration within the Department
  • Participates in the artistic/creative leadership with interviews, tests, selection process, recruitment objectives and strategies for the Department
  • Is associated with the team leader and the coordinator in the research, the definition of priorities and the facilitation of relevant training and development programs for the Department
  • He works in close collaboration with the team leader and the coordinator to develop new approaches and processes to improve hiring, incorporation, performance, productivity, commitment and loyalty of employees
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and uses discretion
  • Participates with training, education and development of employees while guaranteeing adequate and timely documentation
  • Participates in the drafting of precise and timely work publications to recruit employees through sources of paper hiring, web and live
  • It develops and maintains positive work relationships within the community, such as university, working agencies and other hiring resources.
  • Carry out research for qualified candidates based on the relevant work criteria, using databases, networks, internet recruitment resources, cold, media, work agencies and references
  • Communicate proactively the candidates to keep them engaged and informed about the opportunities and benefits of the department
  • Works together with the external departments when necessary
  • Maintains a clean and tidy workstation
  • Follow all the policies and artistic security/creativity procedures, including the correct use of PPE (personal protection equipment)
  • Suitable for additional tasks and tasks, as assigned

Education and experience:

  • Post-SECOND IN HUMAN RESOURCES, ACCIDE OR FAVORITE RELATED FIELD
  • 2 or more years of previous experiences in a role of human resources or preferred recruitment
