The Network Delivery team works to deliver a modernized network at scale including new digital products such as debit, QR, tokenization and local network solutions to meet the changing needs of global payment networks and adapt to local needs, while ensuring continuous global interoperability. We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the delivery of end-to-end cross-functional capabilities, ensuring capabilities are deployed according to their intent and in a manner that optimizes future network flexibility, and driving regulatory compliance. The success of the role will depend on the individual's ability to work with a globally distributed team, understand and drive the right business architecture and have a strong attention to detail.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Ensure high-quality capabilities and user stories that drive effective partnership with technology organizations throughout the deployment lifecycle. Work collaboratively with a technology-driven Scrum Team, leading and participating in agile ceremonies, and collaborating with a strong sense of team ownership.
  • Ensure that individual releases of all features drive successful value delivery across program milestones and that this delivery is of high quality. Maintaining the pace of program delivery, with no wasted capacity, will be a key success metric for the role.
  • Responsible for evaluating and escalating new scope to the Program Board as needed. Keep feature requirements and user stories clear.
  • Manage relationships between multiple business stakeholders, as well as technology and compliance partnerships to ensure consistent and accurate project communications and expectations. Engaging internal and external partners to drive operational readiness for the adoption of the implemented platforms will be a key outcome.
  • Responsible for developing and modifying business and operational processes to take full advantage of technological changes, reduce manual effort and promote accuracy and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of payment authorization industry experience is required.
  • Project owner experience with broad application of the SAFE Agile discipline and experience with Rally. Proven experience in managing and implementing change in complex and highly structured organisations.
  • High intellectual curiosity, with excellent creative and critical thinking and problem solving skills. Strong comfort in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements that can be delivered by technology teams and influence and drive decisions within cross-functional teams. Experience with network authorizations and payment technology and processes for debit/credit processing and policies and operations.
  • Lots of energy, upbeat attitude and good sense of humour.
  • Salary range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year + bonuses + benefits
