About the situation: 
 
As a Project Manager and Project Manager, you will ensure the high performance of the infrastructure by promoting a reliable maintenance culture within your team that ensures uptime and equipment and - the success of the infrastructure. You will provide strong leadership to your planners, utility staff, and asset management (EAM) staff, and develop a sense of urgency and focus on quality. You will provide solutions to difficult problems, work with company leaders to improve the use of equipment, manage external workers, make emergency calls, manage multiple projects and daily activities and meeting deadlines. You will develop a pattern of continuous improvement within your team by following a daily data flow focused on eliminating root causes. You will improve system reliability by managing fault management, fault elimination, configuration and scheduling. You will work closely with other department heads to achieve the goals of the engineering and maintenance department. 
 
You will be responsible for leadership and development, coaching and performance management of the team. This includes providing frequent and critical constructive feedback about the quality of work to improve individual performance, providing advice and guidance to help them work to achieve goals, and supervision and job evaluation. You will be responsible for on-boarding and completing required training for new employees and support ongoing team capacity building. You are expected to develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
 
You will have the accuracy and timeliness of performance metrics in your transformation and create and communicate transformation projects to ensure continuity of improvement efforts across all engineering and infrastructure. You will create a work plan for emergency repairs of critical assets and oversee the escalation process between downtimes. You will act as a security representative within the team and promote security across the site by eliminating potential security risks. This includes ensuring that teams follow all safety procedures (lockout/tagout, arc flash, etc.) and maintain equipment using personal protective equipment (PPE). You have to do security analysis and what happened after the behavior analysis to find out the reason. You will manage the overall health, reliability and lifecycle management of all site products (utility equipment, lighting, power distribution, emergency generators, lighting and leveling systems, load carriers, compactors, compressors, trailers, HVAC, over the road trailers). OTR) ships, industrial vehicles). You will prepare budgets for parts according to company guidelines and approve the quality of work performed by outside contractors for repairs or services. You will ensure data integrity and compliance with resource management principles.
