Minimum Qualifications - Education and previous work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of related experience, preferably in a single credit environment
- Preferred Qualifications - Education and previous work experience
- Home credit experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (eg Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through experience working with the software or through training and hands-on use of the software.
- Knowledge of loan connections and Episys systems
- Ability to demonstrate good team and customer service skills
- Possess above average interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to do basic math and analyze data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and work as an integral part of a team in a diverse environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all staff and members
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to change
- Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to speak, read and write Spanish is a plus
- Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
