Full Description:
The member service center specialist answers incoming calls from members and prospective members who have questions about their existing accounts with Partners Federal Credit Union or potential new accounts. She provides world-class member service and uses consultative sales techniques to offer additional products/services. It uses various computer programs to view account information, execute transactions, and document changes to the member's account. It requires a focus on service in every member interaction with the goal of delivering an amazing experience and member loyalty.
Responsibility:
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide world-class service for members:
- Responsible for achieving and adhering to all contact center performance standards, goals and objectives. It offers additional products and services to meet the needs of members by providing reasonable solutions and options that will improve their financial situation.
- Follows Partner Federal Credit Union processes and procedures when assisting members. Respond to member needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be able to work hybrid schedules
- Typing proficiency. Ability to speak and write simultaneously
- Fix common computer/device problems on widely used operating systems, browsers and platforms
- Familiarity and comfort level working with new and emerging technology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; including phone tag skills
Demonstrate teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution.
- Easily adapts to change; flexible
- Manages time well; organized
- Ability to juggle multiple related software applications including Microsoft Outlook
