In this role, you:

• Perform moderately complex operational tasks in support of a service center or departmental environment.
• They require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices.
• Collect data and prepare related operational reports
• Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
• Use internal business operations to perform tasks.
• coordinate projects
• Provide information to authorized persons.
• Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures that require some interpretation of the policy.

Hours and Location:

• Hours are Friday to Monday
• Hours are 7:30am to 7:30pm to 6:15pm or until job is complete

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to give and receive instructions along with the ability to answer questions.
• Typing experience and 10 keys
• Good quality skills and attention to detail.
