The Technology Development Group (TDG) is working on some of Apple's most advanced and exciting technologies, including explorations of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). As a member of our fast-paced organisation, you will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving team, nurturing experiences that will delight and inspire millions. In this role, as a Data Collection Operator / User Investigator you will be working full time on site with our core engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating multiple research-focused data collections, a spectrum of user studies, and supporting large-scale data collection operations. Some of your functional responsibilities will include: directing/facilitating/owning specialized data collections/user studies, accepting/ensuring that participants are adequately assessed, communicating ICF rights/duties, and liaising with engineering teams on an ongoing basis to meet the critical data needs of the program.

You have experience managing large-scale practical data collections / user studies and know how to leverage critical observation skills when collecting data. You are comfortable working independently but thrive collaborating with highly technical teams on hectic deadlines. You are successful because you are detail-oriented, self-motivated and have a high tolerance for change/ambiguity in partnerships with a strong sense of empathy for your team and participants. Your success comes largely from the strength of your relationships. You have a strong technical and communication background.
