If so, please consider this position at CVS Health, a Fortune 4 company. We are currently hiring Customer Care Support Teams for CVS Health's Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Division. In this role, you will assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take incoming calls and answer questions about prescription insurance, drug coverage, and mail-in prescriptions to help our members better understand their coverage and options. Through his skills and knowledge, he will offer the solutions you need to streamline your healthcare experience. This location is totally remote WFH. You must meet the WFH criteria including maintaining your internet connection within approved speed requirements, a secure workspace free from distractions, and an inspection of the virtual office. In this role, HIPAA compliance and government compliance is required. We have a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team. This includes 6 weeks of virtual training. The training has been created for you to experience hands-on learning as you interact with trainers, self-paced modules and leadership engagement from day one!

Scheduling options are designed to create a flexible work schedule for those who balance priorities in and out of work. We currently offer full-time hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week. Days off and times may vary, although you will have a fixed schedule. Site hours are 7am to 11pm CST, 7 days a week. Because our business is staffed strategically and dynamically, we may need to adjust scheduled work hours to accommodate fluctuating call volume. There may be periods of peak volume where we require an increase in the standard hours worked during overtime. Likewise, there are times when call volume decreases and we may ask colleagues to reduce their scheduled hours. Any requested hourly increases or decreases will be disclosed upon notice to a colleague and will not impact benefit eligibility. Qualifications Required

∙ 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

∙ Computer proficiency in Windows based applications

∙ Must live within 150 miles of Nashville
