In this role, you:

Answer incoming calls and provide process support and resources to branch employees. Deliver an exceptional internal customer experience on every call.

Provide resources that enable branch employees to make recommendations on the products and services that best suit the customer. Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with internal partners.

Collaborate and consult with colleagues and managers to solve problems and achieve goals. Receive guidance from leaders and exercise independent judgment as you develop the knowledge to understand the role, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Training and program:

We provide our employees with ongoing training and development that enhances their ability to provide exemplary service and promotes professional growth. We are hiring for full time positions, 40 hours a week. Hours Monday to Friday are 6:30am to 5:30pm. M. to 18:30 M. (LOCAL TIME) and on Saturdays from 7:00 to 17:00 M. to 13:00 M. (LOCAL TIME). A typical starting shift is Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm. M. at 6.30 p.m., a fixed day off during the week, and is required to work every Saturday to start with the opportunity to have some Saturdays off in the future.

Saturday shifts will last 4, 5 or 6 hours. As a result, weekday shifts may be longer than 8 hours to accommodate a shorter Saturday shift. Shifts are assigned based on business needs. Training begins 6/20/2023 in Salt Lake City, UT. The training hours will be from 8:30 to 17:30. M. to 17:00 M. (LOCAL TIME), Monday to Friday. You must attend the full duration of this 8-9 week paid training course.

  • Required Qualifications, USA:
  • 2+ years of experience interacting with people or customers, demonstrated through employment, military or education.

Desired qualifications:

  • Ability to provide robust customer service while processing complex transactions and conducting in-depth investigations to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to function in a busy, high pressure telephone queue

  • Ability to provide robust customer service while listening, gaining insight and understanding customer issues.
  • Leadership experience including coaching, training and mentoring.
