About this role: Wells Fargo are looking for a Customer Service Representative (internally titled: Branch Product Service Representative) at Banker Connection as part of Consumer & Small Business Banking. Learn more about career areas and company divisions at wellsfargojobs.com. This role is initially 100% on-site with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule - one week on site and one week home. Hybrid eligibility begins at six months, assuming performance expectations and suitable conditions for working from home are met.
In this role, you:
- Answer incoming calls and provide process support and resources to branch employees. Deliver an exceptional internal customer experience on every call.
- Provide resources that enable branch employees to make recommendations on the products and services that best suit the customer. Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with internal partners.
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues and managers to solve problems and achieve goals. Receive guidance from leaders and exercise independent judgment as you develop the knowledge to understand the role, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
Training and program:
- We provide our employees with ongoing training and development that enhances their ability to provide exemplary service and promotes professional growth.
- We are hiring for full time positions, 40 hours a week. The hours from Monday to Friday are from 7:30 to 17:30. M. to 19:30 M. (CENTRAL TIME) and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 17:00 M. to 14:00 M. (CENTRAL TIME).
- A typical departure shift is Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm. M. at 18.30 m., a fixed day off during the week, and is required to work every Saturday to start with the opportunity to have some Saturdays off in the future.
- Saturday shifts will be 4, 5 or 6 hours. As a result, weekday shifts may be longer than 8 hours to accommodate a shorter Saturday shift. Shifts are assigned based on business needs.
