Full Description:

My Support Member will be responsible for providing a positive member experience via phone and email. They will be responsible for ensuring that the request is processed correctly and in a timely manner with proper follow-up. This person is expected to achieve the department's goals by being receptive to the team and showing good judgment.

• Manages incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service skills and professionalism in dealing with members/employees/management
• Builds good relationships with team members
• Maintains detailed records of communications between vendors and members in databases and/or distributed systems as required
• Expertise in working with various support services Assessing knowledge on a continuous basis
• Fully advertises all car events, including membership promotions and specials
• Can organize training for salespeople and promotions and special offers
• Can use members to conduct research on purchase promotion
• Comply with all applicable policies and procedures
• You may want to perform a filter function where contacts are called
• Other duties as assigned
