  • Wells Fargo are looking for a Customer Service Representative within the Investment Contact Center (ICC) as part of Wealth & Investment Management. In this role, you will serve clients with brokerage accounts over the phone. You will act as a front line problem solver to address customer concerns, assisting them as needed.   • Work within a contact center environment to support financial products and services. Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience and offer ideas for solving internal and external customer issues to provide first contact resolution.
  • Interact with internal customers. Perform moderately complex customer service tasks.
  • Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying abreast of their changes. Support digital services, such as online delivery of bank statements and other documents, electronic signature documents and any other digital opportunities.

Required Qualifications, USA:

2+ years of customer service, financial services or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Experience processing complex transactions and conducting in-depth investigations to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
