Role and responsibilities:

- Deliver world-class customer service, handling high volume of calls and responding to customer inquiries and issues with every interaction.
- Build meaningful relationships with our Clients by offering customized solutions, advisory assistance and first contact resolution to negotiate a successful outcome for the Client and for American Express. Improve our customers' experience by identifying opportunities to offer products based on the needs of our cardholders.
- Meet and exceed quality objectives, compliance standards and productivity targets. Navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- Analyze our customers' spending history, trends and determine their needs to ensure a personalized interaction in every connection. Document necessary information such as payment details, change of customer details, change of address and travel notifications.
- Redefine priorities to adapt to the ever-changing environment. Stick to your schedule and efficiently handle customer inquiries.
