Responsible for ensuring a high-performing operation by mentoring, engaging, training and developing frontline team members. Guides operational excellence
- Creates an environment that takes care of the members of our first line team and celebrates the successes of the team
- It takes the airport team to carry out your work safely and efficiently and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations, including Dot, Faa and other government agencies.
- Provides the first line team with exceptional support through a variety of mechanisms to provide superior quality customer service
- Trainers and mentors members of the first -line team in the development of skills, the elevation of customer service and the behavior of corporate culture
- Promotes a mutual and trust environment among the members of the First Line Team
- Establishes and promotes effective relationships with an external and internal customer base that encourages compassion, authenticity, integrity, respect and dignity
- Provides an appropriate guidance and support structure using effective resources to allow the equipment to offer high performance
- Evaluate the environment and operating conditions to ensure that company and local control metrics are satisfied through the collaboration between departments and levels
- Ability to work further hours when there are operational needs
- Ability to work with rotating shifts that include weekend, holidays and days

- Secondary school diploma or GED equivalence
