what are you going to do?
- Promotes and sells air travel to the traveling public or shippers
- Provides passenger check-in assistance and cargo acceptance.
- Interpret government rules and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments.
- Assemble and ship the planes within set times
- It provides assistance to passengers and customers in difficulty.
- Protects the company's property and income.
Provides safe driving
- Possesses the physical ability and dexterity to use motor skills to perform various work-related tasks.
- Use organizational skills to multitask in a limited amount of time
- Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.
- Responds and assists during security and emergency situations.
- Follow internal/external policies and procedures
- You may need to drive and use aerial ladders for various types of aircraft for passengers to board and disembark
- Responsible for overall performance within the work area and may be called upon to lead and direct the work of other employees.
- May be required to perform passenger operations control duties, including air-to-ground communication, as well as tower duties

- Minimum Qualifications: Education and previous work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Read, write, speak fluently and understand the English language.
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Valid driving license applicable as required by local authorities
- Must meet FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to Airport Security Identification (SIDA) display areas, if applicable
- Must be able to obtain security badges from the appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs, if applicable
- Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Must report to work regularly and on time.
