Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Customer Service Manager...

In this role, you:

  • Oversee customer service representatives on internal and external customer inquiries, complaints and dispute resolution activities and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance in customer service.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve customer service, improve policies and procedures, and develop risk control in customer service
  • Make daily supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve customer and colleague issues as well as staffing requirements under the direction of customer service management, leveraging interpretation of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate and consult with internal partners, relationship managers and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interact directly with external customers
  • Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for customer service.
  • Lead and lead the development of direct reporting talent and assist in the recruitment of talent

Required Qualifications, USA:

  • 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ year leadership development/coaching experience
  • Desired qualifications, United States:
  • Experience in direct brokerage services
  • More than 1 year of contact center experience

Job Expectations:

  • This position will be located at 2801 Market St., St. Louis, MO. The person taking on this role is expected to work onsite 3-5 days a week depending on business needs.
  • Working hours will initially be Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm. Base salary is approximately $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
