  • Provide a superior customer experience when calling customer cardholders
  • Resolve all customer queries and follow established procedures where applicable.
  • Provide alternatives and add top service numbers, calling management skills to ensure the best solution in FCR to cardholders. Identify the customer's situation, profile and needs and apply these details to deliver the appropriate value/product to the customer while following established guidelines.
  • Provide customers, employees and shareholders with indicators according to the objective of clarifying issues through feedback and recommending changes in service procedures, processes, service levels, based on customer requests to meet their needs and guarantee good service at all times. Compliance with quality standards and compliance. Ability to make quick decisions and respond to customer requests
  • Past sales while providing a sophisticated customer service experience with strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Good communication.
  • Customer focused and strong ability to solve customer problems and overcome dysfunctional situations. Demonstrated confidence/self-motivation skills. Change the control capacity. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently.
