Then a customer service representative at United Ground Express, a subsidiary of United Airlines, is for you. As part of the UGE customer team, you will meet different people from around the world at the counter, gate and more to provide a friendly experience for passengers on every flight, every day!
Take care of customers
- As a customer service representative, you will make every interaction a positive experience
- From assisting with reservations or bookings, handling unpleasant service situations such as deciding on alternative flight options or changing reservations for delayed, canceled or missed flights, you should be cool, calm and collected.
- To be successful in this role, you will need patience, empathy, the ability to listen and the ability to make sound decisions in sometimes stressful situations.
- Care is our first priority, regardless of the personality of our customers or the challenges of travel. As a UGE Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to remain calm, positive and caring even when our customers are having a bad day.
Other services include, but are not limited to:
- Lift bags and boxes/packages up to 70 lbs. Represents 4 hours for one quarter of work
- Working on tourists
- You will receive the device you want with music to succeed!
- We offer payments, including resources in class, training of work and during work
- When you're ready, you can examine a job as a header, the supporter, the user to the user and others
Change
- Since this is the older job, you will be assigned to your first order to meet our needs at the airport
- You must have been day and night, weekends and holidays
- You must have time to have if necessary
- When you will win the wear, you can change the day and colleagues, take any time to control your time
- Time and trust is important - we have an asylum system to meet us!
We pay your effort
$ 15.25 hours, according to the Connection Agreement

- The law command to work in the United States without support
- Will be able to work in the afternoon and night, weekends and holidays; Anything is likely to be searched as the performance
