  • Minimum Qualifications - Education and previous work experience  
  • High school diploma or GED or national equivalent
  • Bilingual skills are required in some areas
  • Valid driving license as required by local authorities
  • Must complete an FAA criminal background check to qualify for non-exempt opportunities in Airport Security Identification (AIDS), where applicable.
  • Must be able to obtain appropriate security badges from airport officials and/or US Customs, if applicable
  • Completion of pre-employment drug screening, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Working knowledge of Saber or any other travel service system
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
