Job Description:
Working as a Customer Service Agent ("CSA") is vital in demonstrating that we understand the needs of air travel and our goal is to make the experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible for our customers. As a member of our ground staff, you will be working in a friendly team environment. The position involves a variety of functions including, but not limited to: ticketing functions, check-in supervision, gate, connection/forwarding management, baggage handling, general flight response time supervision.
JOB SUMMARY:
Monitoring of all business partner activities. Security and security compliance. It supports the Station Manager/OSM in all administrative tasks (budgeting/cost control/invoice processing/staff documents, etc.). Comprehensive and forwarded statistics, reports, inventories, passenger complaints, insurance complaints and responses from complaint resolution officers. Maintain channels of communication and coordination with the DL headquarters, with one's peers inside and outside the Station. From an operational point of view (notes not limited to)–
- supervision of flight schedules, coordination with the various actors involved in the efficient rotation of the aircraft, service, includes all the tasks necessary for the management of customers and the acceptance of their baggage,
- information and coordination of ground personnel,
- check-in functions, ticketing and gate handling, organization and flow,
- connection troubleshooting to offer redirection to customers with problems,
- Customer support for baggage inquiries, lost property, commercial disputes, general assistance
- Administrator: Performs station compliance audits and checklists, manages station supply orders, exercises station cost controls, etc.
- All employees are expected to practice safety-conscious behavior in all processes and procedures.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- Requires strong background/extensive experience in airport customer service above wing duties at airline or ground handling company
- Minimum experience required in that Airport Above Wing space: 1 to 2 years
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a hub and Joint Venture environment is required
- Must be able to balance multiple priorities by working with different business partners and responding to customer needs within set time constraints
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- You must have a valid driving license for France
- Must be fluent in English and French (speaking, reading, writing)
- You must be authorized and have valid documentation to live/work in France
