Full Description:
Members Advocate I will be responsible for providing a positive member experience over the phone and email. They will be responsible for ensuring that requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner with appropriate follow-up. This individual is expected to achieve departmental goals by being a responsive team member while using common sense.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service skill and professionalism when dealing with members/employees/management
- Establishes a positive rapport with members.
- Maintains detailed records of distributor and member communications in database and/or shared systems as needed
- Proficient in the work of various ancillary projects. Continually review information material.
- Clearly communicate all automated programs, including promotions and special offers to members.
- You can conduct training courses for distributors on promotions and special offers.
- You can conduct post-purchase promotion surveys with members
- Adheres to all established policies and procedures.
- May need work on contact center filtering
- Other functions that can be assigned
Requirements:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- strong work ethic
- Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent understanding skills
- Upon completion of training, Quality Monitors scores must meet the minimum. standard of 95% or more
- You must type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Must maintain an excellent record of attendance and punctuality (see attendance policy for details)
