Job Description:
The Talent Coordinator provides administrative support to the talent management team, including data entry, scheduling and special projects. The role offers the opportunity to learn production business practices in a complex, multi-project film post-production environment. what will you do
- Assists the talent management team in day-to-day activities including:
- Updating assignments and schedules in the database
- Planning talent management calendars, including various departmental meetings and demonstrations
- Travel planning and coordination.
Expense report
- Various administrative duties as needed
- Email weekly crew reports for each program and schedule weekly crew meetings
- record and distribute meeting minutes
- Act as backup contact person for talent managers, regarding crew and artist schedules.
- Coordinate the setup of all end-of-show reviews and track progress through completion
- Update and maintain confidential files and databases, including show credit lists and demo reel requests
- Point of contact for conference room reservations, including setup for cross-site meetings
- organize and maintain tracking equipment, including listings, shipments, and repairs
- Coordinate workplace talent management service and IT needs
- Coordinate visitor training and onsite talent management
- Occasionally acts as a backup for executive assistants
- Assist with the planning and coordination of various events in the ILM departments
- Special projects as needed on an ongoing basis as assigned
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Film Production or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of related experience
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite
- Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects, work with diverse personalities, and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication.

The hiring range for this position in San Francisco is $57,500 to $75,500 annually. The base salary actually offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary based on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive unit may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
