Job Description:

As a Cabin Experience Agent, you will work with an innovative team whose common goal is to ensure that all aircraft interiors meet Delta CareStandardSM cleanliness on every flight to create a positive customer experience. As a Cabin Experience agent, you play a key role in keeping our brand strong, maintaining professionalism and exhibiting a positive attitude on and off the job.

Additional wage increases occur regularly over 4.5 years to the current high of $21.63 per hour. Cabin Experience agents will be scheduled to work a 20-40 hour shift per week. Work activities include stooping, stooping, twisting, standing, and walking. Work tasks are repetitive, such as cleaning and searching for aircraft, as well as working in confined spaces and on one's knees for long periods of time in the aircraft cabin. Sometimes these tasks will be completed in inclement weather conditions (heat, rain, snow to name a few).

Summary of responsibilities (not exhaustive of all duties):

  • Safely clean, disinfect and replenish the aircraft cabin, including all seating areas, galleys, lavatories, crew rest areas and staterooms.
  • Lift and carry cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies required for aircraft maintenance. Perform safety inspections of aircraft in accordance with current safety and security procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as vans, trucks and forklifts in congested areas. Provide service to the aircraft toilets in accordance with current safety procedures.
  • Bend and lift repeatedly to clean and/or search all required areas. Use electronic devices and computers to ensure aircraft are cleaned and searched to the required standard.
  • Adopt safety-conscious behaviors in all processes and operating procedures.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays in all weather conditions. Have strong verbal communication skills. Possess basic computer skills.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to sit, stand, lift, stoop and walk up steps frequently throughout shift.
  • Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or objects weighing up to and including 50 lbs
