Job Description:

Driving the continued success of one of the world's most loved and recognized brands is a clearly capable, creative and innovative marketing organization. Target Marketing is well known for inspiring and wowing guests, and we pride ourselves on connecting guests with the products and experiences they have come to expect and deserve from Target. We study our guests to discover new needs and insights, then craft each interaction to build love for the brand and our business. We are marketers who insist on a clear and consistent understanding of our business goals, guest segments and behaviors, strategies and tactics, overcoming obstacles and measuring success. Our commitment to partnering both internally and with external agencies, media and ad technology companies gives us a broad range of capabilities, from award-winning creative work to exciting performance-based marketing. By leveraging our collective resources and fostering a healthy, supportive and open team culture, we deliver a holistically rewarding experience guests can only get at Target. Roundel is Target's entry into the media business; a first-party (people-based) data-driven ad sales business, brand-safe content environments, and evidence that our marketing programs drive business results for our clients. We operate in the spirit of trust and transparency and that the media work best when they work in everyone's best interests. Underpinning this, Roundel is here to drive business growth for our clients and redefine “value” in the industry by solving major industry challenges versus copying current industry methods of operation.
