Job Description:

As a Program Manager, you will take the lead in working with various technical teams within our Customer and Retail Technology (ST) teams and key business partners in our PMO, Finance and Sourcing/Procurement teams on highly innovative and complex cross-functional programs . , processes, and deliverables, which will enable our technology teams to deliver incredible experiences for Starbucks customers and partners. Own and support executive level engagement and reporting for financial performance as well as lead and build robust governance/infrastructure to ensure strong communication and engagement and that program/project/maintenance performance meets financial plans, all while working work closely with various stakeholder groups to help them achieve these results. Additionally, consider, obtain support for, and deliver new and improved processes to enable stable and repeatable organizational communication and information sharing. It will bring from 8 to 10 years of experience in systemic thought, in executive and crusade communication, sending initiatives, processes and/or shipping programs, processes and/or programs and will have the following responsibilities, knowledge and skills:
Program planning:

Knowledge, ability and skills required
Minimum of three years of experience as a manager of senior projects and/or responsible for the program in it or a software development configuration; You must have at least eight years of general experience that works in you or in a program management configuration. Bachelor's degree required; Preferably Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or Management.
PMP, PgMP and Scrum Master certifications are a plus. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful results in cross-functional projects and activities.
