Job Description:
At Starbucks, it's about connection. People are at the heart of who we are, especially those who are part of our store team. We connect each other, our customers and our community to make positive impact every day. We believe in working together to make a difference and celebrate our partnership, which is why we call ourselves Starbucks "Partners". Starbucks is a place where everything is warm, where everyone is welcome, and we value the unique experiences everyone brings to our team!
As a Starbucks Barista, you will create the Starbucks experience for our customers through great service and well-designed products. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way, and we believe our baristas can be the best moment in any customer's day. In line with our mission and values, by working together we can inspire and nurture the human spirit - one person, one cup and one region at a time.
You will make a good barista if you:
- Consider yourself a "people person" and enjoy meeting others. Enjoy working in a team and appreciate opportunities to collaborate.
- Learn how to create a great customer service experience. Focus on quality and be proud of your work.
- Be willing to learn new things (especially the latest juice recipes!)
- Comfortable with responsibilities such as cash management and store security. Able to be calm and composed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Able to maintain a clean and organized work area. Have good communication skills.
