Job Description:

As an Elite Service Associate, you will join a service-focused team focused on listening, caring and connecting with clients with a specific focus on our Diamond Elite Agencies. In this role, you will respond to calls efficiently, courteously and accurately, assessing customer needs and offering additional products and solutions. The ideal candidates must demonstrate a desire to make our clients' journey not only superior but memorable. Delta Vacations is one of the largest travel wholesalers in the United States and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home and includes 11 weeks paid virtual training. Starting salary is $15 per hour, with continued opportunities for career advancement and compensation. Elite Service Associates demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional attitude, excellent dependability, the ability to handle stressful situations, possess solid computer skills, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to learn and react quickly. Associates must understand and adhere to all Delta Vacations Inc. policies and procedures. At Delta Vacations, we strive to provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed in your job, and the support and work environment that are conducive to a positive and enjoyable work life. Successful candidates will participate in virtual training including instruction, observation, examinations and performance measurements. Training for new hires will take place from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30. M. to 5:00 PM CST and will begin June 12, 2023. After training, you will work your permanent shift, which may be nights and weekends. When you work from home, you need a proper setup including a quiet place and high-speed internet.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Be at least 18 years old. High school diploma, GED or high school equivalent and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Be willing to work full time (Delta Vacations does not offer part time hours). Ability to multitask and ability to understand multiple products.
  • Computer skills and comfortable navigating airline-specific and web-based software applications, email, and internet searches. Have dedicated high speed internet with connection speeds of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download.
  • Demonstrate clear, pleasant and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone and pronunciation.
