What will you do:

• Translate high-level business problems into more specific questions that can be answered through data-driven analytics.
• Collaborate with various business stakeholders to identify key drivers and requirements for each project and gain buy-in or resources to execute the project.
• Develop and maintain models in SQL, R Studio or Python to identify root causes of billing errors and streamline merchandise control processes with automated tools
• Deliver results-based recommendations, ensuring that analytics are used to drive business strategy.
• Develop metrics to accurately measure success/failure and create quantitative feedback mechanisms to align team on goals
• Leverage internal and external sources to innovate and drive change and consistency across our operations
• Research and develop streamlined audit processes by understanding the intricacies of the data and where technology changes need to be made.

Who are you:

• He has more than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Has a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other concentration with a preferred quantitative focus
• Analytical, creative and innovative approach to problem solving; with experience in data analysis and model development
• Passionate about solving complex business problems
• Possess strong verbal and written cross-functional communication skills
• Experience of working in an operational environment to drive business/customer results
