Job duties will include:
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identify business needs; determine and execute the necessary processes and practices; monitor progress and results; recognize and capitalize on opportunities for improvement; and adapt to competitive demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
- Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support standards of business ethics and integrity by incorporating them into the development and implementation of business plans; using the open door policy; and demonstrate and help others apply them in executing business processes and practices.
- Supports operational flight control activities for domestic flights by planning scheduled flight operations; ensure the continuity of flight operations; provide operational support during aircraft launch and recovery procedures; and identify opportunities for continued improvements in aviation planning standard operating procedures. Assists the flight operations planning team with entering data from one system to another, verifying the accuracy of historical records, and tracking invoices through the payment process.
- Monitor shortages of supplies, uniforms, and other necessary items, and fulfill purchase orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies. Coordinate catering requests, place orders and communicate catering plans with crews and passengers as needed.
