Role works with Sr. Manager to expand and enforce tasks to pressure loyalty to United airways. Sr. Analyst responsible for several factors to make sure that the MileagePlus loyalty program offerings are aggressive, innovative, client targeted, and regular with company consumer strategy.
- Development of finest program such as deep expertise of customer segmentation, consumer benefits and price proposition, accrual blessings, member regulations, and other elements of loyalty
- Conduct widespread analysis, regularly iterative, on influences associated with application changes
